BBQ Sauce

You need 

  • 1 ½ cups of ketchup 
  • 1 cup of black coffee 
  • ½ cup of Chile-Jelly Original
  • ½ cup of olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce (Lea & Perrins) 
  • Salt and pepper  

 

Preparation 

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium saucepan. Let them boil, reduce the heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes more.  

Use it over meat, fish, chicken and pork. You can also use it over onions, bell pepper, eggplant and fruit like pineapple and banana.
